The first Sunday of every month Chuck E Cheese hosts a Sensory Sensitive Sunday event. This is a two hour event which includes little to no music, dim lights, and no crowds. Check with your nearest Chuck E Cheese before going to make sure they participate in this event.
Surge holds a Sensory Play Sunday on the first and third Sunday of every month. Between 10:00am and 12:00pm. During this time Surge will have little to no music, and no flashing lights for our sensory sensitive kiddos. Again, please check with your local Surge to make sure they are participating,
The first hour of every Tuesday, Build A Bear has a sensory Friendly time. This includes low lighting, little to no music and step by step instructional guide that allows parents/caretakers to plan their workshop experience.
The third Friday of every month The Children's museum hosts a FREE sensory friendly night to kids with disabilities and their families. This facility also has a cool down room if your child needs a little break. I do recommend that you register ahead of time.
